Client responsibility

This quote covers labour and supervision only. All building materials (septic tank, PVC pipes, glue, washed gravel, geotextile fabric, sand) and all heavy machinery costs (tractor/excavator rental and operator fees) are to be paid for directly by the client.

Soil conditions

This labour rate assumes standard soil or marl conditions. If solid rock or reef is encountered requiring specialized rock-breaking machinery or extended excavation time, an adjusted labour rate will be negotiated before work continues.

Yes, we schedule emergency callouts for urgent wastewater and water system issues. Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll arrange the soonest available appointment.

Your written project quotation is included in our site visit & consultation fee. The fee is a flat rate based on your parish (starts at JMD $10,000 for Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine) and covers travel, on-site assessment, full consultation, and the written project quote. It's a professional assessment that gives you accurate pricing, not a guess.

Septic tank installation labour starts at $80,000 JMD for a 300 or 500 gallon tank, $120,000 for a 750 gallon, and $250,000 for a 1500 gallon. Tile field and reed bed installations are priced at $140 per gallon (labour). All quotes are for labour and supervision only. Materials (tank, PVC pipes, gravel, sand) and heavy machinery hire are paid separately. See the full pricing breakdown.

We offer three whole-house water purification options with full installation included: One Stage System at $35,000 JMD, Two Stage System at $55,000 JMD, and Three Stage System at $75,000 JMD. We also have a Single-Stage DIY Package at $20,000 JMD (hardware only, you handle installation) for handy homeowners, with discounted installation available if you change your mind. We provide installation and assessment services islandwide across all parishes in Jamaica. Wherever you're located, we can come to you.

Yes. PlumWiz Sales & Services is a licensed business operated by licensed professionals. We're happy to provide credentials on request.

A reed bed is a natural wastewater treatment system. It uses plants and gravel to filter wastewater, requires no electricity, has low running costs, and looks like a landscaped garden rather than a sewage facility. It's a great eco-friendly option for residential and commercial properties.

We're open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Saturdays. Sundays we're available for septic tank, reed bed, tile field installations, and other wastewater matters. We also operate a 24-hour on-call service for emergencies.
